An international event hosted by Japanese Red Cross Society. Senior high school students from 24 countries in Asia-Pacific region and Japan participated in a camp at Gotemba, Shizuoka Prefecture and discuss various issues surrounding juveniles.
In the 2010 fiscal year, the event was held for 4 days from 20th to23rd November in Gotemba.

8 training sessions were held in the 2010 fiscal year in order to facilitate 3 targets:
- To Understand in the philosophy of Red Cross: the Japanese Red Cross Language
Service Volunteers (LSV) was originally formed under the principle that
we perform humanitarian work which meets Red Cross’ ideal through activities,
and cultivate volunteers with global view (the LSV byelaw Article 3).
- To promote better understanding of voluntary activities.
- To learn skills that is helpful and/or necessary for the LSV activities:
assisting wheelchair users/the visually impaired/the hearing-impaired,
interpretation, translation and ensuring compliance with International
Humanitarian Law
